Just like the rums unloaded into Salford docks during its heyday, Dark Spice blends specially selected Caribbean rums that have been matured for up to 8 years in ex-Bourbon, American white oak casks. Salford Rum have combined these pot and column distilled rums from Barbados with a distinct spice blend of vanilla, coconut, burnt caramel and cloves, to deliver this exceptional Salford Dark Spice rum. Dark Spice is presented within a stunning matte black bottle with a wooden stopper and features our instantly recognisable Salford Docks map design, drawn by local artist Dave Draws, printed in beautiful white detail.
