Rhubarb & Ginger Gin by Staffordshire Distillery

This London Dry recipe is mixed with fresh local rhubarb grown by Grandad and ginger, left to infuse for 24 hours. This is then vapour infused through copper and blended with mineral water from the Cairngorms. No added sugar, all natural flavours of fresh rhubarb and ginger.
