From Pinnock Distillery, named after the cottage where the gin is produced over in Warwickshire. It makes use of locally sourced honey, lavender and quince, which are distilled alongside other traditional gin botanicals from slightly further afield. Only around 90 bottles are produced in each batch, weighing in at 42% ABV. A good balance of fruit, spice and sweetness in this one, and it's ace paired with tonic and a sprig of lavender.
